In this way, we help clients not only focus on the core business/implementation of their investment and economic plans but also avoid penalties which are often severe.
We help project offices efficiently carry out the process of obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of the project or a water permit. The emphasis is not only on the preparation of relevant applications but also on ongoing monitoring of the proceedings.. Our experience, including in the process of investment implementation, has taught us to look at the decision through the prism of the various stages of project implementation..
Environmental impact assessments
We offer comprehensive services to obtain a decision on environmental conditions for the planned project [DUŚ].
As part of the service:
- We conduct consultancy and evaluation of site development concepts but also carry out a preliminary concept,
- We develop a complete application for a decision on environmental conditions (including an information sheet of the project or a report on the impact of the project on the environment);
- We participate in the reconciliation process with the opinion and decision-making bodies and conduct supervision and negotiations in the proceedings.
Acoustic expertise
Consulting and verification of projects in the context of noise protection (acoustic calculations within the framework of the decision on environmental conditions, as well as for construction projects, e.g., demonstration of compliance with Art. 323 Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure on the technical requirements to be met by buildings and their location; sound insulation of partitions). We also provide advice on possible remediation and mitigation measures concerning noise.
Your peace of mind and satisfaction!
Integrated permits
We offer the development of the comprehensive documentation necessary to obtain or amend an integrated permit for installations that may cause significant pollution of individual natural elements or the environment as a whole (IPPC installations). Our offer also includes representation of the investor before public administration authorities.
Air pollution emissions
For plants that emit substances into the air, we offer the following documentation: An Air Protection Study as an attachment to the application for an emission permit or notification of an installation that does not require a license. According to the Environmental Protection Law, the introduction of gases or dust into the air from a building requires a permit, subject to cases specified by regulations:
- Installations whose operation requires notification - Regulation on types of installations whose function requires information;
- Introduction of gases or dust into the air from installations that do not require a permit - Regulation on cases in which the introduction of gases or dust into the air from buildings does not require a license.
Our experience and professionalism.
Expert reports and nature inventories
We offer the preparation of environmental expertise such as:
- Nature inventories - among other things, as a required attachment to the application for the decision on environmental conditions, but also as a site survey at the conceptual stage;
- Dendrological inventories - among other things, as a required attachment required to be attached to the application for tree and shrub cutting, but also as site reconnaissance at the conceptual stage;
- Replacement planting plans - Often, a condition of approval for the removal of trees and shrubs is the implementation of compensatory / replacement plantings;
- Natural surveys - among other things, imposed to be performed as part of the environmental decision issued for the investment;
- Ecological reports for building certification (e.g., BREEAM certifications) - Conducting an ecological study aimed at determining the environmental value and developing an action plan for preserving local biodiversity, taking into account the national and local agenda for maintaining biodiversity.
Waste management
We offer a full range of documentation necessary to regulate the formal and legal status of the plant in the field of waste management.
We offer to develop documentation in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws, in particular, the Law Environmental Protection Law and the Law on Waste, such as:

- introduction of wastewater into water or onto land;
- Construction of water facilities (e.g., an outlet);
- Introduction of industrial wastewater containing substances particularly harmful to the aquatic environment into sewerage facilities owned by other entities (...).
Online consultation and audits
Due to the widespread availability of technical means to carry out correspondence using the Internet, it is worth offering this form of contact to investors in need of consultation. Contact by email or through publicly available instant messaging services is easy to implement and saves time. Of course, we know that not every issue can be discussed without a visit directly to the location of the problem/issue, but it is always a good idea to start simply by talking.
We especially encourage you to consult before the creation of a development concept for a full interdisciplinary survey of the site and todo complete environmental audits to verify the correctness of operation from the point of view of environmental regulations.
